In early December we went up to the north east of Thailand for some time away from Bangkok. Our first stop was the small town of Chaiya Phum, not a town with a great deal to attract the average tourist, but still a pleasant town to be in. While there we didn’t do a lot – we wandered the streets quite a bit, taking in the small town vibes and looking at the temples as we walked by.
We saw this sign below when we were walking around I still can’t figure out whether it’s pointing the way to a Shrine/Temple or to some kind of factory as the picture suggests? Maybe if I could read Thai it would all make a little more sense, or perhaps they are just a bit heavier on the incense up there?
