Monday Madness – Art on Trees

On our recent trip to Singapore we saw an interesting and slightly perplexing sight – trees wrapped in art.   The picture below is similar to what we saw, but the trees we saw were wrapped with prints of different kinds of trees in bright (non-tree type) colours – unfortunately we didn’t have our camera with us at the time.  We found it a little strange to a) have trees wrapped in art and b) for that art to be of trees.

Maybe we are bit picky about the art we like or maybe we just appreciate the natural beauty of trees but this kind of art isn’t for us – we prefer our trees in all their natural beauty.   Below is a selection of  lovely trees and sights from Fort Canning Park, Singapore.
